摘要: 根据段王煤业集团抽采瓦斯气的特点,结合煤矿发展及煤矿自身热能需求,提出并优选了低浓度瓦斯利用方案,设计了低浓度瓦斯细水雾输送流程,介绍了瓦斯发电系统配置和余热回收利用系统,同时对低浓度瓦斯发电提出了优化建议。结果表明,低浓度瓦斯热电联产项目可以创造一定的经济效益,提高企业收入,同时带来了良好的环境效益,起到保护环境的作用。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of gas collected from Duanwang Coal Group, combined with the development of coal mine and the thermal energy demand of coal mine, this paper puts forward and selects the low concentration gas utilization scheme, designs the low concentration gas water mist transmission process, introduces the gas power generation system configuration And waste heat recovery and utilization system, while the low concentration of gas power generation proposed optimization recommendations. The results show that the project can create a certain economic benefits, improve business income, while bringing a good environmental benefits, play a role in protecting the environment.
